Fried Rice
  Quick, easy and rather cheap, plus it uses up left over rice
  
  
  
  
Serve after a few minutes (when the rice starts looking edible) with some spicy sauce. Enjoy.
  
  
    ingredients
  
  - Cold rice (leave uncovered in fridge overnight)
- Misc vegies (carrots, yams, onions, whatever)
- Precooked meat of some description
    method
  
Fry onions in a bit of oil in a frying pan. Add yams (or whatever) and cook. Then chuck in meat and fry some more. Finally add in cold rice
  and fry the whole thing, stirring continuously. Mix in a few drops of Worcester sauce.Serve after a few minutes (when the rice starts looking edible) with some spicy sauce. Enjoy.
